Delivery & Returns
All packages are carefully packaged and sent using Royal Mail services.
We will always endeavour to dispatch your order during the working day it is placed (if the order is received by 12pm) subject to payment and stock availability.
Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. If your item is unavailable (please see Ordering and Availability), we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss different options.
All deliveries will require a signature.

We can send your package UK Express as long as your order is received by 12pm.
Should your order weigh more than 2.5kg, the cost of shipping your order is likely to exceed the stated price. In that case we will contact you with the additional charges. As per the Prices and Promotions section it is the costumer's responsibility to pay duty, taxes or additional charges for the items purchased that are delivered outside the EU.
If you need something urgently please call to discuss how we can get it to you quickly.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect.
On occasion items maybe lost in transit (If this occurs please contact our firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone quoting order number and address)
Cancellation & Returns
UK Free Returns Policy
If, for any reason, our products do not meet your expectations then we will make it easy for you to return or exchange. Simply return the items within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you the full amount. Please make sure all items are returned new and unworn with their original tags still attached. If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately, and we will send you a new replacement. Shop At Sweetpea Ltd will not accept damaged items that have been worn and garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned at a cost to the customer.

Complete the returns form (enclosed with you purchase or available for download from our website) and check that you have provided all necessary information.
When packing, please take appropriate care to avoid any damage while in transit. To frank your envelope use the prepaid postage sticker provided.

If you choose to be refunded, we will credit the card used for the purchase for the sum paid excluding postage. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item. We are unable to credit any other card than the one used for the purchase.
In order to establish the speediest course of action, please contact us immediately by email or telephone, should you not be completely satisfied with the items you receive.
Shop At Sweetpea Ltd retain the right to approve a returned item for an exchange or refund. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges.
Gift Returns & Exchanges
If you have received a gift purchased at Shop At Sweetpea Ltd then you should have received a returns form along with your order.
You may return the items or exchange them for an alternative item at the same value; you can also choose to exchange it for an item of higher value if you are happy to pay the difference.
In the case of gift exchanges postage cost will not be borne by Shop At Sweetpea Ltd. To ensure safe delivery we think it is best to send items via recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility if items are damaged or lost while being sent back to us.
